Lead Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint implementations and optimizations while providing consultative training and troubleshooting for clients. Manage project scopes, budgets, and client relationships while identifying opportunities for business growth and mentoring junior consultants.
The Senior Consultant, Vision/Vantagepoint, is responsible for partnering with clients to deliver a range of services — including Vision/Vantagepoint system implementations, consultative training, troubleshooting, and guidance on best practices to optimize system performance. This role requires the ability to evaluate client needs and present multiple tailored solutions. The Senior Consultant also oversees client and project management activities including budget monitoring, billing, collections, and identifying opportunities for additional services.

This role requires a Vantagepoint certification in the primary specialization and a demonstrated ability to collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to deliver seamless, high-quality client outcomes. Advancement to the Principal Consultant level is available based on skillset and performance.
