Senior Experimentation Designer

We're partnering with our client, a dynamic travel company, to find a talented Senior Experimentation Designer. This remote contract role lasts between 10 and 26 weeks + extension, supporting their Testing team. If you are passionate about blending visual design, conversion strategies, and AI tools to optimize customer experiences, this opportunity is for you. There is no application deadline for this role. *Senior Experimentation Designer Responsibilities:* * Translate hypotheses into testable design variations, including wireframes, prototypes, and specifications. * Create visual designs for multiple stages of the booking process, ensuring clarity and brand consistency. * Keep experimental designs polished, accessible, and aligned with user experience best practices. * Use visual hierarchy, typography, color, and interaction design to enhance persuasion and conversion. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop diverse design approaches and support rapid testing iterations. *Senior Experimentation Designer Qualifications:* * Over five years of experience designing for e-commerce with a focus on CRO or A/B testing. * Demonstrated skill in visual craft with high-quality digital experiences involving typography, layout, and detail. * Proven ability to design customer-facing ecommerce experiences that balance aesthetics, usability, and conversion. * Strong knowledge of AI tools, especially ChatGPT, with examples of workflow integration. * Expertise in Figma, component architecture, design systems, and building scalable visual frameworks. *Perks and Benefits:* * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. * Life Insurance. * 401(k) Program. * Commuter Benefit. * eLearning and Ongoing Training. * Education Reimbursement.
