This is a highly visible role requiring a balance of creative thinking, strategic planning, commercial awareness and operational excellence. You'll lead complex event projects from concept through execution, ensuring exceptional client experiences while delivering against budget, timeline and business objectives.

Working closely with clients, creatives, production teams and suppliers, you'll play a critical role in shaping experiences that inspire, engage and deliver measurable impact.

  • Develop production briefs and collaborate with internal teams to bring creative ideas to life
  • Contribute strategic thinking and creative solutions throughout the project lifecycle
  • Research and source innovative content, speakers, entertainment and experiential elements

Project Leadership & Delivery

Supplier & Financial Management

  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
  • Negotiate contracts, proposals and pricing to ensure value and quality
  • Develop and manage project budgets exceeding $1M
  • Monitor financial performance and proactively identify risks and opportunities
  • Ensure commercial viability and profitability across projects

Onsite Event Leadership

  • Lead event delivery onsite, managing clients, suppliers, venue teams and production partners
  • Resolve challenges quickly and effectively while maintaining a calm, solutions-focused approach
  • Ensure every aspect of the event is delivered to the highest possible standard
  • Drive exceptional attendee and client experiences

Team Leadership & Development

  • Mentor and support junior producers and project team members
  • Share knowledge, best practice and creative thinking across the business
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and freelancer selection when required
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture

What you will bring

  • Minimum 4+ years' experience as a Producer delivering complex events within an agency or event environment
