About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and service-oriented Senior Events Executive to oversee and execute the coordination of projects and events. You’d be the main planner handling everything from A–Z (timelines, vendors, logistics, on-the-day coordination), with support from marketing/sales/training teams, plus exposure to regional programmes and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the main planner and coordinator for the company’s key events, programmes, and engagement initiatives (online and offline).
- Handle the full event cycle: planning, timelines, run-down, vendors, logistics, registrations, rehearsals, on-the-day coordination, and post-event follow-up.
- Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Trainers, Ops) to align on content, promotions, and participant experience, while you lead the operational planning.
- Act as a key point of contact for partners and stakeholders before, during, and after events to ensure everything runs smoothly and issues are resolved quickly.
- Maintain proper documentation, checklists, and reports to continuously improve future events.
- Build trust-based relationships with participants, clients, and partners through attentive, personalised communication before, during, and after each event.
Requirements
- Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Hospitality (MICE), or a related discipline.
- Several years of experience in account management or project coordination, preferably within events, training, or service-driven environments.
- Strong command of written and spoken English, with the ability to confidently engage international clientele.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Proactive, solution-driven mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs and manage expectations.
- Proficient in G Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Drive, etc.).
