Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Trainers, Ops) to align on content, promotions, and participant experience, while you lead the operational planning.
Act as a key point of contact for partners and stakeholders before, during, and after events to ensure everything runs smoothly and issues are resolved quickly.
Maintain proper documentation, checklists, and reports to continuously improve future events.
Build trust-based relationships with participants, clients, and partners through attentive, personalised communication before, during, and after each event.
