Senior Engineer, Industrial Automation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total experience: 2.5+ years
• Exposure to Siemens WinCC OA, SCADA, and Industrial Automation systems
• Basic experience with PLC Programming and System Integration
• Knowledge of Industrial Communication Protocols (OPC, Modbus, Profinet)
• Basic scripting capability and programming knowledge (Python, C++, JavaScript, or similar)
• Understanding of Industrial Networking and OT environments
• Experience supporting testing, commissioning, validation, and troubleshooting activities
• Preferred domain experience in Water & Wastewater, Chemicals, or Food & Beverage
• Strong learning mindset, attention to detail, and good communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in developing and configuring WinCC OA-based automation and SCADA solutions
• Support integration of SCADA systems with PLCs, field devices, and industrial networks
• Participate in system testing, FAT, SAT, commissioning, and validation activities
• Troubleshoot automation, PLC, SCADA, and communication-related issues with guidance from senior engineers
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including configurations, logs, and test records
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful project delivery
• Follow engineering standards, quality processes, and best practices
• Support deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of automation systems

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fields
