Strategic Planning and Performance

  • Translate strategic priorities into coordinated annual and multi-year plans across functions.
  • Establish and maintain enterprise goals, key performance indicators and planning dashboards that give leaders a clear view of progress.

Executive Alignment and Execution

  • Facilitate executive and cross-functional planning discussions that clarify choices, resolve competing priorities and build alignment.
  • Work with functional leaders to connect departmental plans, budgets and resources to the Company’s strategic priorities.
  • Create a regular operating rhythm for reviewing goals, initiatives, performance, risks and decisions, and help leaders address barriers to execution.

Planning Governance and Leadership

  • Design and manage practical strategy, planning and performance-management processes, tools, templates and standards.
  • Coordinate strategic initiatives across the Company, ensuring clear ownership, dependencies, milestones and escalation paths.
  • Lead or support special strategic projects, including growth opportunities, partnerships, investments and potential acquisitions.
  • Build a disciplined, evidence-based planning culture, ensuring analysis is accurate, objective, properly sourced and handled in accordance with Company policies and applicable law.
  • Comply with all Company and Group policies and procedures.
  • Carry out other reasonable duties linked to the role, as assigned by the Company from time to time.

But Who Are You, Really?

  • You see the whole business clearly and help leaders make focused choices about where to compete, how to win and what matters most.

  • You simplify complex information and present practical options and recommendations to executives and the Board.
  • You facilitate productive discussions, challenge assumptions constructively and create alignment around decisions.
  • You work effectively across functions, connecting strategy, resources, initiatives and day-to-day execution.
  • You use sound judgement, objective analysis and disciplined follow-through to keep plans focused and achievable.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, business operations, corporate development or a related field.
  • Proven record of helping executive teams define strategy, set goals and translate priorities into executable plans.
  • Strong analytical, financial modelling, scenario planning and performance-management skills.
