Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

·         5+ years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience in enterprise environments.

·         Strong expertise in GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, pipeline design, optimization, and runner management.

·         Experience with AWS Cloud (EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, IAM, Lambda, CloudWatch).

·         Proficiency in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

·         Strong automation experience across build, test, deployment, and infrastructure provisioning.

·         Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and containerized deployments.

·         Experience integrating SonarQube, SAST, SCA, dependency scanning, and security gates within CI/CD pipelines.

·         Strong scripting/programming skills in at least two of: Python, Bash, Groovy, PowerShell.

·         Expertise in Git-based workflows, branching strategies, code reviews, and release management.

·         Proven experience modernizing legacy DevOps platforms and implementing standardized, reusable CI/CD frameworks.

·         Strong leadership, stakeholder management, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Requirements

·         Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, GitLab Duo, AI-based test/documentation generation).

·         DevSecOps expertise including Policy-as-Code, SBOM, SLSA, artifact signing, and shift-left security practices.

·         Observability and monitoring experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK/OpenSearch, OpenTelemetry.

·         Mobile DevOps experience including Fastlane, iOS/Android CI/CD, code signing, and App Store deployments.

·         Experience building Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs), Backstage portals, and self-service developer tooling.

·         Knowledge of GitOps tools (Argo CD, Flux) and progressive delivery (Argo Rollouts, Flagger).

·         AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, or GitLab-related certifications preferred.
