What you will be doing:

As a member of the Product Business Technology department, you will be part of the team responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving technology, data, analytics, and AI solutions for Product Business. As a Data Visualization Engineer, you will maximize the value of the client’s data by supporting the business to make data-informed decisions. You will combine your understanding of our business with your passion for data visualization and user experience to streamline, optimize, and innovate analytical interfaces that are easily absorbed, heavily adopted, and drive high-quality decision making across the business. Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Visualization, or a related field.

• 4+ years of hands-on Tableau experience, with demonstrated expertise developing enterprise-grade dashboards.

• Advanced proficiency in Tableau Desktop.

• Strong experience with Tableau Server and/or Tableau Cloud.

• Advanced SQL skills.

• Strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and analytical data structures.

• Demonstrated expertise in data visualization principles and visual storytelling.

• Experience working with large and complex datasets.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience translating business requirements into analytical solutions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex analytics initiatives.

• Experience presenting analytical insights to senior management and executive audiences.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate, diagram and document complex engineering concepts.
