Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Data Scientist with 5–7 years of experience to lead advanced analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will transform complex data into actionable business insights, develop predictive models, and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

✨ Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and statistical solutions.

• Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights.

• Translate business problems into analytical frameworks and data-driven solutions.

• Build predictive and prescriptive models (regression, classification, clustering, forecasting).

• Develop and maintain data pipelines in collaboration with Data Engineers.

• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Implement model validation, monitoring, and performance optimization strategies.

• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards.

• Mentor junior data scientists or analysts when required.

✅ Requirements

• Advanced English and Spanish a must. (B2 - C1)

• 5–7 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.

• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or R.

• Experience with ML libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.

• Solid knowledge of statistics, probability, and hypothesis testing.

• Experience working with SQL and relational databases.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as: Power BI, Tableau

• Experience with cloud platforms such as: Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud

• Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying models into production (MLOps).

• Knowledge of big data tools (e.g., Apache Spark).

• Experience with APIs and model integration.

• Background in domain-specific analytics (finance, healthcare, retail, etc.).

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
