About the Role

We are looking for a Product Analyst to contribute to the evolution of Tabby. The Product Analyst will work in our Customer Lifecycle team and will think about how to boost customer activation to all Tabby products and to boost customer loyalty and awareness in general.

What you will be doing

  • Support product and business teams in working with different stages of customer activation and reactivation funnels, including personalized and engagement features, educational and onboarding tools, navigation guidance, and other call-to-action mechanics.
  • Take a holistic view of the customer lifecycle, identifying opportunities to improve long-term value, customer loyalty, and overall LTV, rather than focusing on isolated features or metrics.
  • Generate hypotheses, conduct research and A/B tests, and present your findings clearly and compellingly highlighting the importance of your insights.
  • Collaborate with business teams in addition to the product team.
  • Support and monitor existing Tabby Customer Lifecycle metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop new metrics that inform decision-making across the organization.
  • Develop data visualizations and reports that are informative and easily understood by business and product teams.
  • Own and analyze raw product and behavioral events, transforming low-level data into actionable insights for product and business teams.
  • Assist in the planning of necessary data structures.

What you will need

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a data/product analyst, ideally in consumer-facing digital products.
  • Proven expertise in designing and running A/B tests, including sample size estimation, statistical methods, and interpreting results.
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
  • Experience in planning data structures for new products and features.
  • Strong knowledge of Python (Pandas, Numpy, Statsmodels, Matplotlib, Scipy, etc.)
  • Strong quantitative skills and a structured approach to problem-solving. Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
  • Experience in loyalty programs, CRM analytics, or customer retention strategies would be an advantage.
  • Background in behavioral analytics and/or user segmentation is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with business and product teams.
