What You'll Do

✅ Serve as a trusted advisor for Data Platforms, Database Engineering, Analytics, and AI solutions.

✅ Deliver technical workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and customer enablement activities.

✅ Assess data architecture, platform health, scalability, performance, security, reliability, and operational readiness.

✅ Troubleshoot databases, data pipelines, integrations, data models, analytics solutions, and reporting platforms.

✅ Analyze query performance, logs, and data quality indicators to identify root causes and optimization opportunities.

✅ Develop prioritized remediation, modernization, and performance improvement plans aligned with customer objectives.

✔ Proven ability to facilitate workshops and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.

✔ Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities.

✔ Experience collaborating across engineering, delivery, security, and business teams.

✔ Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and customer success.
