About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Crypto Treasury Analyst to join our Finance & Operations team. This is the first role of its kind, giving you the opportunity to explore, advise, and shape how crypto cashouts are managed across 10+ coins and 20+ networks. You will monitor markets, study platforms, and guide the team to cash out at the best rates while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

This role offers ownership, visibility, and growth potential—from advising on immediate cashout decisions to shaping future process automation and treasury strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor crypto markets and platforms to identify optimal cashout timing, rates, and networks.

• Advise the Finance & Operations team on the best execution methods and provide structured recommendations with reasoning.

• Research new platforms and networks for efficiency, cost reduction, and stablecoin adoption.

• Track macro crypto trends (regulatory changes, forks, stablecoin launches) that impact liquidity and customer eperience.

• Maintain records and audit trails for all recommendations, platforms considered, and final decisions.

• Flag risks (fraud, volatility, congestion, compliance issues) before execution.

• Support process improvements and explore opportunities to move from manual workflows to semi-automation.

Must-Haves

• 2–4 years' experience in crypto operations, treasury, trading support, or fintech payments.

• Strong knowledge of blockchain networks, stablecoins, gas fees, and exchange mechanics.

• Hands-on experience with blockchain explorers, wallets, and rate-monitoring tools.

• Analytical mindset with sensitivity to market movements.

• High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial data.

• Initiative and ability to propose structured solutions to management.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in remittance, cross-border payments, or FX settlement.

• Familiarity with treasury dashboards, arbitrage tools, or transaction monitoring systems.

• Background in SEA crypto, fintech, or iGaming operators (understanding regional platforms and networks).

• Basic scripting or dashboard-building (Excel, Python, Looker, or similar).

• Knowledge of compliance, KYC, and AML practices in digital asset transactions.
