The Senior Counsel will provide direct legal support for mortgage and HELOC products while managing regulatory compliance and outside counsel. They are responsible for advising business units on consumer credit, debt collection, and privacy issues to ensure adherence to all applicable laws.

Responsible for providing direct legal support to mortgage/HELOC products and business units as Senior Counsel member of Legal Compliance team. Works with outside Counsel and in-house legal and paralegal team members. Provides advice on legal issues and supports all sectors of the business with regards to mortgage, consumer credit and related products and services.
\nCompensation: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
