Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain CMS platforms to meet the needs of diverse client projects.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive and responsive front-end interfaces.
• Optimize CMS performance and ensure high availability and scalability of web applications.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance CMS functionality and user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CMS deployments and content delivery.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices to maintain code quality and security standards.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.
• Stay updated with emerging CMS technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, or Adobe Experience Manager.
• Proficient in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and relevant libraries or frameworks.
• Strong backend development skills with languages such as PHP, .NET, or Java.
• Experience with database management and optimization (MySQL, SQL Server, or similar).
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments.
