A. Content Review (Critical Before Launch)Key outstanding deliverables before Day 1 launch:
3 additional V1 assets require brand approval to reach the 10-creator Day 1 target
Client feedback is expected to be consolidated and returned for final creator revisions
2 assets are already approved for Day 1 go-live
Multiple assets have been through several revision cycles and require re-review
Campaign Manager must reinforce brief adherence to reduce repeated revision rounds,
particularly around:
product naming
claims language
compliance disclaimers

Several creator contracts remain in redlines / negotiation
Some concepts are pending resolution due to brand feedback
6 NDAs remain outstanding
Shipping/tracking is still pending for select creators
Several creators are still progressing through:
contracting
NDA completion
address collection
shipping coordination
Fast resolution is required to avoid launch delays.
C. Briefing & Casting
Immediate priorities:
Finalise updated compliance/disclaimer language in the brief
Ensure all active creators receive the updated guidance
Continue casting for Waves 2 and 3
Current pipeline:
~400 creators sourced
Targeting 35–40 shortlisted creators by end of week for upcoming waves
Important client guardrail:No further major brief changes once creators have begun filming.
Late changes create:
creator pushback
revision delays
inconsistent deliverables
D. Post-Launch Cadence
The Campaign Manager must maintain a steady launch rhythm across Waves 2 and 3.
