Job Description:

Mid-Cities OMS is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Call Centre Representatives to join our team. This is a remote full-time position in the health care industry. As a Senior Call Centre Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and referring offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner

• Schedule appointments for patients and follow up on appointment confirmations

• Provide accurate information and assistance to patients regarding their treatment plans, insurance coverage, and financial options

• Maintain patient records and update information as needed

• Collaborate with referring offices to ensure a smooth referral process

• Handle patient complaints and resolve issues effectively

• Train and mentor new call centre representatives

• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call centre or customer service role

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with electronic medical records

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy

• Prior experience in the health care industry is a plus
