Senior Business Travel Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Travel Consultant with strong Amadeus knowledge and solid experience within corporate travel.

About the role

As a Senior Business Travel Consultant, you will support corporate travelers with bookings and travel-related services, including complex itineraries, ticketing, reissues, refunds, and alternative travel solutions. The role requires a high level of independence, accuracy, and problem-solving skills, with full ownership of cases from start to finish. You will be expected to provide proactive advice and find the best solutions for travelers, rather than simply processing requests, while maintaining a high standard of service and quality throughout the entire travel journey.

Requirements

• Fluent Swedish and very good spoken and written English.

• Minimum 3 years of documented experience working with Amadeus, preferably 5 years or more.

• Very strong and up-to-date knowledge of Amadeus.

• Ability to independently handle multi-stop bookings, complex routings, manual rebookings, reissues and Refund Applications (RA).

• Good knowledge of IATA rules and ticketing processes.

• Good knowledge of fares, fare rules, ticketing regulations and restrictions related to changes and refunds.

• Previous experience within the business travel industry and working with corporate travelers.

• Experience booking and applying corporate negotiated fares and conditions, as well as working according to customer-specific travel policies and agreements.

• Good knowledge of European rail bookings and relevant booking systems.

• Ability to independently manage complex cases and identify suitable solutions without extensive internal support.

• Experience providing customer service via phone and email.

• Strong geographical knowledge and the ability to proactively recommend alternative travel options based on travel time, cost, environmental impact or other customer-specific requirements.

Meriting

• Experience working with public sector customers or large corporate accounts.

• Experience with hotel, rail and car rental bookings and managing the complete business travel journey.
