The Senior Business Systems Analyst will translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and lead system testing and validation efforts. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst you'll collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design from which applications and solutions are developed to maximize the technological capabilities of business products. You'll participate in system testing, including user acceptance testing and validation for technology enhancements to be implemented. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you'll help lead and participate in planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on direction of products. You'll also collaborate with other stakeholders such as product, marketing, sales, technology, operations, risk and control with the ongoing enhancement of product offering. You'll be an active thought partner and application visionary that shapes the technology demand among the business community.What you'll need:
