Senior Business Analyst

We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to its continued growth.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements;
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with stakeholders;
• Translate high-level goals into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria;
• Maintain a clear, prioritized product backlog in collaboration with product managers;
• Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams;
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities;
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives;
• Support QA teams with test case validation and UAT coordination;
• Help define and track key metrics and KPIs for product success.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in a software development environment;
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into structured requirements;
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
• Experience working closely with developers, designers, and product managers;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities;
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Notion, etc.;
• Familiarity with API documentation, data flows, UML diagrams, and BPMN;
• Very good English language written and verbal communication skills (min. B2 level).

Nice to have:

• Experience in domains such as FinTech, SaaS, AI/ML, or IoT;
• Technical background or understanding of software architecture is a plus;
• Experience with SQL or data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau);
• Product ownership or pre-sales support experience.
