CuraLinc Healthcare is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to run a centralized analytics function built on Microsoft Fabric. This isn’t a legacy-reporting role bolted onto an old stack. You’ll work closely with a modern Lakehouse environment, semantic models, Dataflows, and Power BI apps that are actively being built out, not just maintained, defining the requirements and business rules that environment is built on, in partnership with our BI developers and data engineers.
You’ll be the front door for ad hoc reporting requests and the steady hand behind our recurring reporting cycle, turning loosely defined business questions into clear data requirements, then into accurate, reproducible deliverables. Just as important, you’ll help develop an inventory of the source systems and data elements feeding our data lake, clear and agreed-upon metric definitions, and the business rules our semantic models are built on. You’ll work closely with Director of Analytics and a team of analysts and data engineers who care about getting the data right.
