The project focuses on creating and maintaining advanced Power BI dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making. You will work with data from sources such as Snowflake, collaborate with international teams, and explore AI tools like Copilot to optimize analytics workflows.
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for effective data visualization
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate reporting outputs with business users
- Manage Power BI access permissions and administration processes
- Integrate data from multiple sources, including Snowflake
- Explore and implement AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to optimize analytics workflows
- Work within an Agile squad setup, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong skills in requirements gathering and stakeholder communication
- Hands-on expertise in Power BI dashboard and report development
- Experience working with data sources such as Snowflake
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and spoken English
WILL BE A PLUS
- Experience with AI-driven analytics tools (e.g., Copilot)
- Knowledge of additional BI tools or data visualization platforms
- Understanding of fire and life safety industry data models
- Experience working in international, distributed teams
