The Role

As our Senior Brand Sponsorships & Activations Specialist, you will directly drive global brand awareness and market penetration across the US, Europe, and APAC regions. Leading our expansion into premium sports partnerships, high-caliber activations, and industry events, you will turn brand visibility into measurable product demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Management: Source, evaluate, and build a high-value global pipeline of sports, entertainment, and lifestyle sponsorship opportunities.

  • Commercial Negotiation: Lead high-level negotiations with rights holders, talent agencies, and event organizers to secure premium rights packages.

  • Campaign Activation: Design and execute omnichannel activation plans across digital, PR, social, and experiential channels to maximize investment value.

  • ROI Measurement: Define KPIs and utilize data analytics to measure brand impact, audience engagement, and overall campaign return on investment.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with PR, Influencer, and Creative teams to ensure seamless integration of sponsorships into broader marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Sponsorships, Sports Marketing, or Global Partnerships.

  • Full English fluency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills for international business.

  • Data-driven mindset with a proven track record of analyzing, adjusting, and optimizing project processes and campaign results.

  • Agile project management experience, ideally utilizing JIRA, to drive campaign execution in fast-paced environments.

  • Digital-first expertise working within e-commerce or global consumer brand ecosystems.
