Framna partners with ambitious companies to create digital products used by millions of people. We are looking for a Senior Brand & Motion Designer to lead how our brand comes to life globally across marketing, campaigns, web, product storytelling, content, and motion.

This is a key role in Framna’s global marketing team. You will help define how Framna looks, feels, moves, and communicates across markets. Your work will shape how clients, partners, candidates, and the wider industry experience our brand.

You are a senior digital storyteller with strong brand craft, motion skills, and a sharp eye for how design can make complex ideas clearer, more engaging, and more memorable.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You will shape ideas, define visual direction, create high-quality design work, and help raise the standard for how Framna presents itself globally.

As part of the global marketing team, you will play a central role in shaping how Framna shows up across markets. You will help translate our positioning, thinking, services, client work, and product expertise into clear and compelling brand experiences.

This is not a role where you simply produce assets from finished briefs. You will help shape the idea, challenge the story, define the visual direction, and execute the work to a high standard.

You will work mainly within the global marketing team, while collaborating with local marketing designers, creative directors across markets, and subject-matter experts from across Framna.

What you will do

Lead and evolve the global brand

  • Shape how Framna looks, feels, and moves across global marketing and digital touchpoints

  • Lead the visual expression of Framna’s brand across campaigns, web, content, events, social, presentations, and product storytelling

  • Work within our brand system and know when to push it forward

  • Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality across everything we publish globally

  • Build reusable assets, templates, and systems that help global and local teams create stronger work

Bring product stories to life

  • Turn complex product thinking into clear visual narratives

  • Create case studies, landing pages, product visuals, campaign assets, presentation materials, and visual frameworks

  • Use motion, interaction, and storytelling to explain how products work, why they matter, and how they create value

  • Help Framna communicate digital products in a way that feels clear, premium, and human

Create motion-led brand experiences

  • Create motion concepts and animations for campaigns, web, social, presentations, events, and product storytelling

  • Use motion to guide attention, create rhythm, explain ideas, and elevate the brand

  • Develop animated assets, storyboards, prototypes, transitions, and motion principles

  • Make sure motion is purposeful, polished, and connected to the idea, not added as decoration

Improve how we create

  • Explore how AI and emerging tools can improve creative quality, speed, and ways of working

  • Experiment with new workflows for concepting, visual exploration, motion, prototyping, content adaptation, and production

  • Help the marketing team use AI and automation in practical, responsible, and creative ways

  • Bring curiosity and initiative to how we can work smarter without lowering the bar for craft

Collaborate across global and local teams

  • Work closely with the global marketing team, local marketing designers, creative directors across markets, and subject-matter experts

  • Partner with SMEs to turn complex knowledge into clear stories and strong visual concepts

  • Support local markets with brand direction, design systems, templates, and creative guidance

  • Give clear direction and honest feedback

  • Help others understand what good looks like

What you bring

  • Significant senior-level experience across brand, digital design, and motion

  • A strong portfolio showing high-quality brand, web, campaign, and motion work

  • Proven ability to lead visual direction from concept to final execution

  • Strong motion design skills across campaign, web, social, presentation, and product storytelling formats

  • Ability to turn complex products, services, or ideas into clear visual and animated stories

  • Excellent visual craft across typography, layout, composition, pacing, and detail

  • Strong understanding of brand systems across multiple channels and markets

  • Solid understanding of UI, UX, responsive design, and digital content experiences

  • Clear communication and strong collaboration skills

  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders, creative directors, marketers, designers, and SMEs

  • Structured way of working across files, templates, systems, and handovers

  • Strong curiosity for AI, emerging tools, and new creative workflows

  • A proactive mindset toward improving how work gets made, not just what gets made

You are not stepping into senior ownership for the first time. You have already led design direction, made high-quality creative decisions, and shipped work that carries real visibility.

Your portfolio shows

  • Strong brand thinking applied across digital touchpoints

  • Senior-level craft across brand, web, campaign, and product storytelling

  • Motion work that is polished, intentional, and part of the idea

  • Clear examples of turning complex products, services, or ideas into compelling visual narratives

  • Conceptual thinking as well as hands-on execution

  • Evidence that you can own work from direction to final delivery

This role is for you if

  • You have already operated at a senior level and are ready to lead global brand expression, not just contribute to it

  • You are equally strong in brand thinking, digital execution, and motion

  • You can make complex product stories feel simple, sharp, and engaging

  • You are excited by AI and emerging tools, and actively explore how they can improve creative work

  • You care about the final 10 percent, because that is often where the quality lives

  • You are comfortable challenging briefs, shaping the idea, and making the work yourself

  • You want your work to be visible, used, and built on by others

This is probably not the right role if

  • Your experience is mainly static brand design without strong digital or motion work

  • You are looking for a role focused mostly on production or layout support

  • You have not yet owned creative direction or senior-level design decisions

  • You prefer receiving fully defined briefs over shaping the idea yourself

  • Your portfolio does not include motion work you created or significantly directed

  • You are not curious about AI, emerging tools, or changing how creative work gets done

Nice to have

  • Experience with tools such as After Effects, Figma prototyping, Rive, Lottie, Principle, Spline, or similar

  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as HubSpot

  • Experience creating product mockups, app demos, or product walkthroughs

  • Strong eye for photography, image direction, and retouching

  • Experience working with global brands or across multiple markets

  • Experience building AI-supported workflows for design, motion, content, or production

You do not need to master every tool. We care more about your ability to use design, motion, AI, and storytelling to make ideas stronger.

Working at Framna

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in one of our studios in Amsterdam, Copenhagen, or Stockholm. We’re also open to considering a fully remote setup for the right candidate.

You will be part of Framna’s global marketing team based in Copenhagen. You will help shape how Framna shows up globally and support the teams who bring that brand to life across markets.

We work in English, and clear communication is essential.
