The role

The Senior Brand Marketing Manager leads brand planning and integrated marketing for Cowboy Colostrum. You will turn brand strategy into campaigns, launch plans, retail programs and innovation recommendations that build the brand and grow the business, working closely with the creative, growth, influencer, retail and operations teams. The role fits someone who combines strategic thinking, creative judgment and commercial sense with strong execution, and who can lead complex projects independently.

What you'll do

You will own how Cowboy shows up everywhere a customer meets the brand, and make sure each launch and campaign is clear, consistent and measurable.

  • Lead integrated campaigns from strategy through results, owning the objectives, the alignment across teams and the outcome.
  • Turn brand strategy into clear briefs and go-to-market plans for each launch, from positioning through channel readiness, launch and post-launch review.
  • Keep messaging consistent across paid and organic social, email, out of home, podcast, experiential and in-store.
  • Work with the retail and sales teams on in-store and shopper materials, such as signage, displays, retailer-specific offers and digital retail ads.
  • Build retailer-facing presentations, sales sheets and campaign recaps for partners such as Target.
  • Work with operations so packaging, production timelines and marketing plans line up with retail execution.
  • Help shape innovation: spot consumer and category opportunities, research emerging benefits, formats, flavors and ingredients, and develop concepts and positioning.
  • Use consumer research, category data and sales data to guide decisions and recommend next steps.
  • Direct creative with the design team, and manage agency and freelance partners, briefs and brand budgets.
  • Keep projects on track with the teams involved, and flag risks, dependencies and decisions early so they get resolved.
  • Maintain brand tracking: KPI dashboards, the brand budget, the innovation timeline and launch schedules.
  • Follow industry trends, consumer behavior and competitors so the brand stays relevant.
  • Support broader marketing work as needed to grow the brand.

What you bring

We are looking for a brand marketer who has led integrated campaigns and national retail launches, and who combines strategy, creative judgment and commercial sense.

  • 6+ years in brand marketing, ideally in CPG, nutrition, wellness or lifestyle.
  • A track record of leading integrated campaigns across several channels and teams.
  • Experience developing new product concepts and go-to-market plans, including national retail launches with a retailer such as Target, Walmart or Amazon.
  • Experience with consumer insights, and with supporting cross-functional campaign development and management.
  • Proven ability to manage projects end to end.
  • Strong skill in building brand presentations and post-campaign reports.
  • Strong presenting skills with internal teams, external partners and leadership.
  • Experience with retail partners, trade marketing, trade shows and asset management.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field, or equivalent experience.

How you work

You are a strategist who also gets things done, and you do your best work on a fast-moving team.

  • You can move a workstream forward on your own, and you know when to bring in leadership.
  • You turn cultural and consumer insights into ideas that people remember and that move the business.
  • You connect consumer insight, creative ideas and business results, and can explain why a plan makes sense.
  • You are organized and analytical, with an eye for detail, so deadlines and details do not get missed.
  • You communicate clearly and keep teams aligned and informed.
  • You can turn sales, category and consumer data into clear recommendations.
  • You are comfortable managing several product lines at once while keeping the brand cohesive.
  • You are curious about culture and consumer trends, and genuinely excited about health and wellness.
  • You stay calm and flexible when priorities shift, and bring a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
