You'll keep the books for US real estate and property businesses, often across several LLCs, and deliver a clean month-end close the owner and CPA can trust.
What you'll do: • Full-charge bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online or Desktop across multiple entities. • Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations; chart of accounts cleanup. • AP/AR, invoicing, vendor payments and collections follow-up. • Track property income, expenses, security deposits and intercompany transfers. • Monthly close with P&L, balance sheet and cash flow. • Tax-ready files for the CPA, including 1099s. • Clean up historical books when needed.
