As a Senior Blazor / .NET Developer, you will anchor the design, development, and modernization of high-performance enterprise applications built on the Microsoft stack. You will act as a key technical force—conducting deep code analysis, driving tech stack upgrades, and architecting secure, scalable web applications using C# and Blazor.
This role is critical to transforming legacy infrastructure into modern, production-ready solutions within an Agile/Scrum environment. By establishing robust technical patterns, leveraging AI-assisted development tools, and ensuring high code quality, you will directly influence the architectural integrity and long-term success of our clients' digital platforms.
Design and build scalable, secure web applications using C#, .NET, and modern Blazor component frameworks.
Lead tech stack upgrades, code migrations, and application modernization efforts across enterprise systems.
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability while writing clean, maintainable, and unit-tested code.
Architect and document enterprise design patterns, technical standards, and data solutions using Microsoft SQL Server.
Collaborate with cross-functional PODs—including architects, product owners, and QA—to deliver production-ready features at the end of each Sprint.
Evaluate emerging tools and leverage AI-assisted development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to maximize engineering efficiency and code quality.
5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong emphasis on .NET/.NET Core and C# development.
Deep proficiency in Blazor and frontend component-based UI frameworks.
Strong Database Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, database design, and query optimization.
Solid foundation in Web Standards including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend unit testing methodologies.
Ownership Mindset with strong technical problem-solving, architectural decision-making, and self-direction.
Advanced English fluency (written and spoken) for daily collaboration with global teams.
Exposure to .NET 10 features and modern web frameworks.
Experience designing and consuming RESTful Web Services and microservices.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools (Microsoft Copilot, Cursor, etc.).
Prior awareness or experience with HIPAA compliance standards or healthcare enterprise applications.
