Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced, motivated, and data-driven Senior Benefits Administration Analyst – EMEA to join our Global Total Rewards team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation, ongoing optimization, and operational governance of benefit plans across the EMEA region (including Romania, Poland, and Hungary). You will serve as a premier regional Subject Matter Expert (SME), ensuring global corporate consistency is seamlessly integrated with vital local compliance and relevance.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Lead Advanced Benefits Administration: Oversee complex, multi-region lifecycle management for benefit plans, including new vendor implementations, annual open enrollments, critical plan renewals, and acting as the ultimate escalation point for sensitive queries.
  • Optimize Data & Processes: Design and oversee advanced QA protocols on data files, manage complex eligibility tracking, and leverage HR platforms (Workday, ServiceNow) to engineer process improvements and automate data workflows.
  • Drive Vendor Governance & Billing Oversight: Monitor, review, and hold vendors accountable to established KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), while overseeing the regional benefits billing ecosystem and payment processing.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance & Audit Leadership: Monitor and interpret the changing statutory landscape to maintain regional compliance matrices for benefit and PTO programs, while leading regional readiness initiatives for internal and external audits.
  • Collaborate & Deliver Analytics: Partner closely with the Benefits Center of Excellence (COE), Total Rewards peers, and local HR leaders to drive program trust. Synthesize demographic, operational, and utilization data into sophisticated analytics for executive dashboards and leadership presentations.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Progressive, hands-on international benefits administration experience (outside the U.S.), with a proven track record of regional ownership within the target markets.
  • Advanced technical and data mastery, including an expert capability to aggregate, manipulate, and analyze complex data sets, census files, and intricate plan documents. Strong, practical expertise in Workday and ServiceNow is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability in problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skills within a matrixed global environment, alongside the organizational agility required to manage competing high-stakes priorities.
  • Professional fluency in verbal and written English is required.
  • An innovative mindset dedicated to digital transformation and process automation is highly valued.
