Senior Associate - Audit and Assurance

What we are looking for:

• University degree;
• Minimum 2-3 years of financial audit;
• Strong English language skills, other languages (German, French) will be a plus;
• Strong accounting knowledge ( IFRS, US GAAP or ESG reporting will be a plus);
• Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients at all levels;
• Well-developed listening and questioning techniques, supported by strong analytical skills and organizational abilities;
• Strong team working skills.

Responsibilities:

• Be part of a team that provides assurance and audit services for financial or non- financial statements to a variety of clients;
• Perform assurance and audit procedures on complex accounting areas or ESG topics;
• Working as part of a team, liaising with both client and other specialist staff in the practice to provide high quality client services;
• Providing coaching and supervision to junior staff;
• Coordinate and collaborate with Competency Center;
• Reporting directly to managers.
