The Senior Architect is responsible for working independently and leading the resolution of varied and non-routine complex technical requirements, exercising independent judgment and creative solutioning, to achieve functional and non-functional targets and goals. This role supports the development and review of complex and compelling task lists, leads complex customer engagements, and mentors junior team members. The Senior Architect may coordinate the activities of other team members (team lead) to ensure successful completion of projects and assignments. This role is responsible for mentoring and providing guidance and advice to new team members.

Note: This role may come into contact with confidential or sensitive customer information requiring special treatment in accordance with Red Hat policies and applicable privacy laws.

  • Supports the creation and review of task lists, accurately scoping projects and ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
  • Leads and delivers Services discovery sessions to educate customers on Red Hat technologies and best practices.
  • Leads standard projects or a single workstream of a complex project.
  • Provides technical expertise during presales activities.
  • Builds and maintains solid customer relationships, fostering collaboration and success.
  • Clearly articulates the value of the Red Hat Services Portfolio, including Consulting, Training, and Technical Account Managers and integrates services into customer solutions.
  • Provides customer feedback to internal teams to enhance product offerings and services.
  • Leads internal initiatives that foster innovation, efficiency, and growth within the Services business.
