The HRIT team is part of Global HR Support within CPBC in Szczecin. We ensure that global HR systems, with SuccessFactors at the core, operate efficiently, securely, and in compliance with all standards. The department collaborates closely with HQ and global HR stakeholders, supporting system development, governance, and continuous improvement.

 

About the job

 

As a Senior Application Specialist, you will lead complex HRIT initiatives, act as a technical expert for the SuccessFactors platform in Employee Central and Qualtrics and/or Time and support strategic HR technology development. You will mentor junior team members, drive advanced configuration, and support system integrations. Your role will shape the future of HR digitalization in Coloplast.

 

Your responsibilities

 

  • Act as a global Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central (EC))
  • Serve as the global technical lead, driving platform optimization, strategic development, and continuous process improvement
  • Lead complex implementations, advanced configuration, customization, and high-level troubleshooting activities
  • Ensure global scalability, standardization, and alignment of system solutions with evolving business needs
  • Maintain and enhance system documentation in line with IT, HR, audit, and validation standards
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO, and other applicable regulations and governance frameworks
  • Provide advanced 3rd line support and act as the key escalation point for critical issues
  • Lead UAT cycles, manage system upgrades/releases, and oversee ongoing optimization initiatives
  • Develop training materials, mentor junior and regular specialists, and strengthen the global support model
  • Lead major HRIT projects and contribute to cross-functional digital transformation initiatives
  • Design, support, and optimize integrations between SuccessFactors and other HR/business systems

 

Requirements 

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, HRIS, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) working with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally with strong expertise in EC
  • Proven experience in advanced system configuration and end-to-end project delivery
  • Strong experience with HR system integrations and interfaces
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor and partner in discussions with business stakeholders
  • Fluent in English
