  • Drive project governance and delivery discipline in alignment with PMO standards, stage gates, approval processes, documentation, and reporting expectations.
  • Facilitate requirements sessions, design reviews, planning workshops, readiness checkpoints, steering committee updates, and project team meetings.
  • Coordinate implementation, integration, testing, deployment, cutover, contingency planning, go-live, hypercare, and transition-to-support activities.
  • Ensure projects address enterprise standards for security, compliance, data protection, identity and access management, vendor management, licensing, supportability, and operational readiness.
  • Track and manage risks, issues, assumptions, decisions, dependencies, and financials; escalate appropriately and drive timely resolution.
  • Provide clear communication to sponsors, steering committees, business leaders, and technology leadership on project health, milestones, risks, issues, decisions, and outcomes.
  • Support organizational change readiness, vendor coordination, M&A or business integration workstreams, lessons learned, and continuous improvement of application delivery practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 5-8 years of progressive IT project management, application project management, systems implementation, enterprise technology delivery, or related technology leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading medium-to-large, complex, cross-functional technology projects with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership sponsors.
