The primary responsibility of the Senior AI Full Stack Engineer will overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of features across frontend and backend, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within quality standards. This role will drive alignment between organizational OKR’s, product roadmaps, and feature deliverables to ensure measurable business impact.

Role And Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and ship production‑grade software across backend services and front‑end
applications.
- Build and operate cloud‑native solutions in AWS with a focus on reliability, scalability, and
performance.
- Develop and maintain backend services primarily in .NET/C#.
- Contribute to Angular front‑end development, including component design and API integration.
- Implement and support CQRS patterns, separating command and query responsibilities where
appropriate.
- Design and work with event‑sourced systems, including events, projections/read models, and system
evolution over time.
- Use MongoDB and OpenSearch to support application persistence, projections, and search capabilities.
- Leverage AI-assisted coding tools (including Copilot CLI, Claude Code, Codex) to:
o Accelerate feature delivery
o Refactor and improve existing code
o Generate and improve tests
o Support documentation
- Actively develop and manage agent-driven coding workflows, where multiple AI agents are used to
build, test, and iterate on features in parallel
- Continuously refine code through AI feedback loops, using iterative prompting, validation, and
improvement cycles.
- Validate and audit AI-generated code for accuracy, security, and maintainability, applying strong
engineering judgment and testing discipline.
- Establish and maintain guardrails, validation patterns, and review processes to ensure safe and reliable
use of AI-generated output.
- Context switch effectively across multiple parallel workstreams and AI agents, maintaining clarity on
feature ownership, dependencies, and outcomes
- Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and fellow engineers to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
- Ensure security, compliance, and quality considerations are embedded in every layer of the stack
- Mentor and support other engineers as needed through pairing, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Strong experience building and maintaining production software systems.
- Full-stack development with strong backend (.NET/C#) and frontend (Angular) capabilities
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience implementing CQRS and event sourcing patterns in production
systems.
- Proficiency with AWS services (EC2/ECS/EKS, S3, IAM, Lambda, RDS/DynamoDB, etc.).
- Working experience with MongoDB and search technologies such as OpenSearch.
- Demonstrated, day‑to‑day use of AI‑assisted coding tools to deliver real software—not just
experimentation.
- Ability to clearly explain how you validate, test, and take ownership of code.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Production experience with CQRS and event sourcing.
- Familiarity with domain‑driven design concepts such as aggregates, commands, events, and projections.
- Experience modernizing systems toward event‑driven or CQRS‑based architectures.
- Experience working in healthcare, fintech, or compliance-driven environments is a plus.
Mental And Physical Demands
- This position will be exposed mainly to an indoor office environment and will be expected to work in or around computers and printers.
