We're looking for a hands-on Senior AI Engineer who enjoys building production-ready AI applications and collaborating with a fast-moving remote team.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications using LLMs and Agentic AI.
• Develop RAG pipelines, AI agents, and intelligent automation workflows.
• Build scalable backend APIs and AI microservices using Python.
• Integrate AI solutions with third-party APIs and business systems.
• Work with vector databases and modern AI frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, delivery, and engineering teams to deliver client solutions.
• Optimize AI systems for performance, cost, and reliability.
• Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with Python.
• Strong experience building AI applications using:
  • Generative AI & LLMs
  • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
  • Agentic AI
  • LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, or MongoDB Atlas Vector Search.
• Experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Docker and cloud-native deployments.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and modern development workflows.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with MLOps or LLMOps.
• Computer Vision or Speech AI experience.
• Experience building multi-agent systems.
• Experience working with international clients or consulting teams.
