What Youll Do

• Produce clean, scalable, and maintainable Python code that powers our AI-driven platform with the support of modern AI development tools.
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade APIs using FastAPI.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate to turn ideas into product-ready features.
• Experiment with the latest LLMs and apply strong prompt-engineering techniques to reduce hallucinations and improve reliability.
• Implement RAG, contextual search, and advanced AI workflow pipelines.
• Fine-tune, deploy, and optimize deep learning models for NLP and computer vision tasks.
• Research emerging technologies, frameworks, and techniques and integrate them into production systems.
• Build observability tools and AI-content auditing systems to ensure transparency, reliability, and safe interactions with AI.

Who You Are

• Proven industry experience in AI/ML engineering or similar roles, with at least 2 years of hands-on work in the AI/ML domain

• Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with FastAPI.

• Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and modern AI infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience with Agentic AI frameworks, data pipelines, and asynchronous systems.

• Highly curious, adaptable, and quick to learn emerging AI technologies.

• Solid CS fundamentals and a problem-solving mindset that thrives in fast-paced startup environments.
• proficiency and understanding in Kubernetes.
