Senior Accountant (Hybrid)- 2 days in Office
Base- $100K-$115K DOE + 10% bonus potential

What You'll Do- Own key pieces of the month-end close (journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis)
- Prepare financial reporting, including board packages and audit support
- Partner cross-functionally to analyze financial performance and improve processes
- Contribute to systems implementations and growth initiatives
- Bachelor's in Accounting + 3-5 years of experience; CPA or Public Accounting experience is a plus!
- Strong GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and summarize large datasets
- Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- $100K-$115K base + 10% bonus potential
