The Senior Accountant will manage the month-end close process, prepare financial statements, and ensure accurate record-keeping for US-based clients. They will also identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance accounting workflows and automation.

We're looking for a Senior Accountant who can go beyond preparing numbers — someone who understands the full accounting cycle, can confidently manage month-end close, and knows how to deliver accurate financial information while working across multiple client priorities.
You'll work closely with US-based clients and internal teams, owning key accounting processes while helping improve the way work gets done.
Your Responsibilities
Own the Close
Manage the month-end close process for assigned clients.
Prepare journal entries and supporting schedules.
Complete and review balance sheet and account reconciliations.
Investigate variances, discrepancies, and unusual transactions.
Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
Maintain Accounting Quality
Maintain complete and accurate financial records.
Apply US GAAP and established accounting policies consistently.
Ensure reconciliations and supporting documentation are complete and audit-ready.
Identify and communicate technical accounting issues when they arise.
Improve How We Work
Identify inefficient or repetitive accounting processes.
Recommend and implement workflow improvements.
Look for opportunities to leverage automation and technology.
Maintain clear close trackers, SOPs, and process documentation.
Support Our Clients
Act as a reliable accounting partner for assigned US clients.
Respond to accounting questions and requests professionally and promptly.
Coordinate with internal teams to meet client deadlines.
Balance multiple clients and competing priorities without compromising quality.
Requirements
What You'll Bring
Required:
CPA license.
Big 4 accounting/public accounting experience.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with financial accounting or fund accounting.
Experience managing month-end close activities.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting.
Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
Strong Excel and accounting software skills.
Preferred:
Experience supporting US-based companies or clients.
Experience working in a client-service or outsourced accounting environment.
Experience improving accounting processes or implementing automation.
