Seasonal Remote Call Center Representative

We are hiring Seasonal Remote Call Center Representatives to assist customers purchasing museum gifts and other products. Full-time and part-time schedules may be available, with shifts during the day, evening and weekends.

What You Will Do

• Assist customers by phone with product questions and orders

• Respond to customer emails and chats

• Listen carefully, ask appropriate questions and help resolve customer concerns

• Learn and navigate order-entry and customer-service software

• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment

• Previous call center or customer-service experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities

• A dependable, self-motivated approach to remote work

• Ability to learn new systems and adapt to changing needs

• A friendly, helpful attitude and genuine enjoyment of assisting customers

Compensation and Benefits

• $18.00 per hour, based on experience

Remote Work Technology Requirements

• Personal computer or laptop running a currently supported version of Windows OS or MacOS

• Computer capable of running Azure Virtual Desktop

• Reliable high-speed internet with a stable connection throughout scheduled work hours; wired ethernet recommended

• Mobile device for multi-factor authentication

Additional Requirements

• Must reside in Florida or Minnesota
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must have a quiet, professional workspace suitable for handling customer calls
