POSITION SUMMARY:

• Manage and support the daily operations, workflows, and personnel of Radiology Partners’ SEAL team.
• Ensure radiology cases are assigned and read by radiologists in a timely manner.
• Monitor real-time performance and identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency.
• Use strong problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain organization, reliability, flexibility, and a results-driven approach in a fast-paced environment.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyze and manage large datasets.
• Self-motivated with strong initiative and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% as needed
• Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and apply creative problem-solving to resolve issues efficiently.

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $55,000.00–$65,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include possible incentive and productivity programs, health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
