- Information Systems
- Computer Science
- Business Administration (with IT focus)
- Agile & PMP certifications preferred
Technical Skills:
- Strong Jira (Scrum/Kanban)
- Agile Tooling & Reporting:
- Confluence (documentation, sprint artifacts)
- Advanced reporting (velocity, burn-down, cumulative flow)
Personal Attributes:
- Ability to manage and guide cross-functional SAP teams
- Skilled in removing blockers and driving accountability without authority
- Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Data-driven mindset (leveraging Jira metrics and KPIs)
- Strong team player with global delivery exposure
