• Identify and proactively mitigate risks: Resource constraints, Technical bottlenecks

Education & Certifications :

 

• Information Systems
• Computer Science
• Business Administration (with IT focus)
• Agile & PMP certifications preferred 

 

Technical Skills:

• Strong Jira (Scrum/Kanban)
• Agile Tooling & Reporting:
• Confluence (documentation, sprint artifacts)
• Advanced reporting (velocity, burn-down, cumulative flow)

Personal Attributes:

• Ability to manage and guide cross-functional SAP teams
• Skilled in removing blockers and driving accountability without authority
• Communication & Stakeholder Management
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Data-driven mindset (leveraging Jira metrics and KPIs)
• Strong team player with global delivery exposure
