About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Delivery Manager to lead Agile delivery across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional teams, remove delivery blockers, and drive projects to successful completion. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing complex migration, modernization, or cloud transformation initiatives while ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams while ensuring timely project delivery
• Track Agile metrics, including sprint velocity, burndown, and delivery progress
• Manage backlogs, dependencies, and blocker resolution
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
• Prepare delivery reports and communicate project status to stakeholders
• Support migration, modernization, and cloud transformation initiatives
• Utilize Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools to manage project delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager, or Agile Project Manager
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and aggressive delivery timelines
• Strong experience with:
  • Sprint Planning, Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Agile Delivery Tracking, Velocity, and Burndown Reporting
  • Dependency Management and Blocker Resolution
  • Backlog Management and Delivery Reporting
  • Cross-Functional Team Coordination
• Experience supporting migration, modernization, or cloud transformation projects
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile delivery tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification
• Experience supporting large-scale application or database migration programs
