Summary:

We are looking for a delivery-focused Scrum Master who can drive effective planning, proactively remove blockers, ensure the team consistently delivers on its commitments, and foster a strong culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.


This role reports to the Head of Agile Delivery and is fully remote.


Your day to day:

  • Work across one or more cross-functional teams.
  • Actively manage the delivery flow for assigned teams and ensure the timely, accurate execution of roadmap items
  • Promote Agile values and principles, and drive process improvements
  • Proactively identify and remove impediments, escalating where necessary to protect team momentum
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to define goals, manage the backlog, and handle new requests
  • Drive and optimise value-led delivery through continuous improvement and an outcome-focused approach
  • Coach and develop teams to improve Agile maturity and delivery performance
  • Design and implement processes that continually enhance the operating model
  • Help build a productive environment where team members take ownership of the product
  • Produce regular delivery reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Capture, analyse, and report relevant metrics to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement

 

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead
  • Strong team player who promotes transparency and collaboration, with an Agile mindset and a strong sense of ownership
  • Passion for continuous improvement, coaching, and delivering measurable impact
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels
  • Experience managing risks, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder expectations
  • Familiarity with change and release management processes, particularly within regulated industries
  • Comfortable working in complex, ambiguous, and fast-paced environments


Nice to have:

  • Relevant Agile certifications
  • Experience or knowledge of the iGaming industry
  • Prior experience in data or analytics
