VIKAND is seeking a motivated and organized Junior Project Manager to support key initiatives across the healthcare and maritime industries. This is a full-time, remote independent contractor opportunity offering annual compensation of USD $25,000 and valuable exposure to international projects, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do

• Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking
• Coordinate activities across multiple departments
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting notes
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and project progress
• Assist with budget tracking and risk identification
• Collaborate with healthcare, maritime, logistics, and technical stakeholders
• Support training, quality assurance, and process improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Interest in project management, healthcare, maritime operations, or logistics
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools is a plus
• Healthcare or maritime experience is beneficial but not required
