Scrum Master

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead and facilitate Agile teams in delivering high-quality products.

The Scrum Master will be responsible for promoting Agile principles, removing impediments, and ensuring effective collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Coach the team on Agile best practices and Scrum framework. Remove obstacles that hinder the team’s progress. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment. Work closely with Product Owners to ensure clear backlog prioritization. Track and report on team performance and progress.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate team collaboration.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred
