Job DetailsPosition Type: Full TimeJob Shift: DayJob Category: Information TechnologyWe are seeking a Scrum Master to lead engineering teams within the Technology group through moderate to high complexity work streams. This role calls for someone who takes ownership of team health and delivery outcomes with limited direction, proactively removes barriers, and is comfortable experimenting with new practices, tools, and AI-enabled ways of working. You'll coach teams on Agile principles and partner with Engineering Leadership, Product, and other stakeholders to plan and execute delivery; as an integral part of a growing Engineering team.
Responsibilities:
Proactively assess team health, delivery, process challenges and gaps; develop and implement practical solutions with limited direction.
Design and test new processes, meeting structures, tools, and team practices, evaluating outcomes and continually refining.
Coach teams on Agile principles, adapting practices to each team's maturity, workflow, and changing business needs.
Facilitate alignment between Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders to surface delivery trade-offs, risks, and unresolved decisions early.
Conduct capacity planning and delivery forecasting, to catch problems before they affect commitments.
Own JIRA administration and reporting, turning raw data into insight that supports decision-making.
Use AI tooling to improve planning, communication and team effectiveness with human verification.
Serve as an internal advocate for AI-driven agility, researching industry practices and helping the team adapt to faster, less predictable delivery timelines.
Own medium to complex cross-functional projects from initiation to final delivery.

QualificationsEducation and Experience Required:
At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master. CSM Certification Preferred.
Strong experience using JIRA including managing JIRA workflows, dashboards and metrics.
Good understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum principles.
Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
