We’re looking for Screeners based in Egypt to join our remote team and support our hiring process by engaging with candidates professionally. 🇸🇦

⚠️ Important: This role is strictly for candidates with native-level Saudi dialect fluency. Applications that do not meet this requirement will not be considered.

Role Overview:

As a Screener, you will play a key role in the recruitment process by conducting initial interviews, evaluating candidates, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct initial screening calls with candidates.
-Assess candidate qualifications and communication skills.
-Coordinate interview schedules with shortlisted candidates.
-Maintain accurate candidate records and feedback.
-Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.

Requirements:

-Based in Egypt.
-Native-level fluency in Saudi dialect (Mandatory).
-Good command of English.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Previous experience in recruitment or customer interaction is a plus.
