The Opportunity: 

To strengthen our Supply Chain Management IMS team, we are looking for a Transformation Project Manager. Seize this unique opportunity to take an active part in shaping our Function and grow together with the rapidly developing organization.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Managing (lead, plan, execute) projects or processes with limited oversight from manager.
• Oversee multiple projects and priorities, ensuring timely and successful completion
• Monitor and adjust if needed, project requirements within the assigned area.
• Provides improvement ideas where applicable
• Coordinates project activities to ensure cost, delivery, and quality targets are met according to Project requirements and schedules.
• Maintain strategic role in Stakeholders liaison.
• Data gathering and data analyze
• Reports to management on all issues relating to the project on a regular basis.

Your Background:

• At least 3 years of experience in the area of Supply Chain or Procurement Operations
• Experience in multinational companies
• Problem solving attitude
• Process driven
• Critical thinking
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Very good communication skills
• Very good knowledge of English (B2/C1); second language will be an asset, preferred German
