The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Bilingual Scheduler (English & Spanish) to serve as a key link between patients and healthcare providers. This role focuses on coordinating care, supporting Registered Nurses, and ensuring clear communication while maintaining patient privacy standards.

You will collaborate with medical professionals to improve patient outcomes through effective care planning and well-organized service delivery.

This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initial Report/ Start of Care pulled up daily.
  • Discharge Report to be run daily.
  • Reassessment Report to be run weekly.
  • Assigning RNs to complete the visits.
  • Follow up with RNs on the first day of service reminding them of visits and confirming their completion.
  • Following up on RNs paperwork.
  • Saving all documents in the patient folder.
  • POC to be entered in exchange.
  • MD Order to be sent out.
  • HHA supervision to be sent to HR.
  • Completes Quality Survey JOT form.
  • Mail POC to the patient if needed.
  • Assist RNs in scheduling visits if needed.
  • Assist with authorization for visits as needed.
  • Knowledge and capability to utilize our current softwares.
  • Assigning Incident visits to RNs when received via Smartsheet.
  • Duties are subject to change.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Fluency in English & Spanish
  • Two years of experience in office work with at least a year of experience in home healthcare preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to coordinate multiple activities concurrentl

Service Fee:

    Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.

    Hours:

    US Eastern Standard Time (EST) - 9am to 6pm
