CACI’s growing Agile Digital Solutions Operating Group is searching for an SAP Testing Lead supporting the modernization and transformation of a large portfolio of enterprise business solutions used by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). The candidate will be part of a team where complex problem solving, and communication skills are critical to success.
 

Responsibilities:
The SAP Testing Lead is responsible for planning, managing, and executing testing activities across SAP landscapes. This role leads the testing strategy, coordinates cross-functional testing teams, and drives automation initiatives using tools to improve efficiency and coverage.  The Testing Lead works closely with functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality SAP solutions are delivered. Selected candidate(s) will:
• Develop and implement the overall SAP testing strategy for programs such as: SAP implementation, SAP upgrades, ECC to S/4HANA transformations.
• Define test scope, approach, timelines, and deliverables.
• Establish entry/exit criteria and quality gates for each test phase.
• Create and maintain test plans, test schedules, and test governance frameworks.
• Lead testing activities across phases including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, Performance Testing.
• Manage test cycles, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate with functional, technical, and integration teams.
• Lead the implementation and adoption of automation using testing tools such as Tricentis Tosca.
• Design automation frameworks for SAP modules.
• Identify high-value regression scenarios for automation.
• Drive risk-based testing and model-based automation.
• Manage defect lifecycle using tools such as: Jira, ServiceNow, SAP Solution Manager, Qtest
• Ensure defects are prioritized, tracked, and resolved.
• Provide defect analytics and root cause analysis.
• Work with business process owners, functional consultants, technical teams, and integration partners, and provide regular test status reports and quality metrics to leadership.
• Coordinate test environment readiness.
• Oversee test data preparation and refresh cycles.
• Ensure data integrity and security during testing.

 

Qualifications:
Required:
• 8–12+ years of SAP testing experience
• 3–5+ years in a Test Lead or Test Manager role
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a NASA Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience supporting SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementations
• Experience with testing tools such as Tricentis Tosca, SAP Solution Manager, Jira, or similar platforms
• Experience developing and managing regression testing strategies
• Experience performing integration testing across SAP and non-SAP systems
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• Demonstrated team leadership and mentoring ability
• Experience with quality assurance governance and risk management practices
• Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery models
• Experience with test automation frameworks
• Experience applying risk-based testing approaches
• Experience validating data migration activities
• Experience testing APIs and system interfaces

 

Desired:
• SAP Certification
• SAFe experience and/or certification

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. $90,300-$189,600
