About the Role
 

We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Integration Support Consultant to join our global support team. 

This role focuses on the ongoing support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to resolve integration issues, ensure service levels are met, and contribute to the continuous improvement of integration solutions. 

This is a client-facing junior to mid-level position, ideal for professionals looking to further develop their expertise in SAP SuccessFactors integrations and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

 

Responsibilities 

  • Provide day-to-day support for SAP SuccessFactors integrations and interfaces. 

  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve integration-related incidents and service requests. 

  • Monitor integration processes and proactively identify potential issues. 

  • Ensure adherence to agreed SLAs and support processes. 

  • Collaborate with clients, functional consultants, and technical teams to resolve integration issues. 

  • Support testing, deployments, and minor enhancements of existing integrations. 

  • Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles. 

  • Participate in client meetings and provide regular updates on support activities and issue resolution.

 


Requirements 

Must Have 

  • Experience working in a similar role 

  • Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). 

  • Understanding of integration concepts, interfaces, and troubleshooting methodologies. 

  • Experience working in a ticket-based support environment and managing priorities according to SLAs. 

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a client-facing environment. 

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 

  • Fluency in English.

 

Nice to Have 

  • Experience configuring or supporting IAS (Identity Authentication Service) and IPS (Identity Provisioning Service). 

  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors APIs and OData services.
