SAP S/4 Technical Development Lead (Developer)

Key Responsibilities:

·         Define and lead the overall development, integration, and extensibility strategy for the SAP S/4HANA program.

·         Own end-to-end integration architecture and delivery approach across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, external applications, legacy systems, and cloud platforms.

·         Establish and govern integration standards (API-led, event-driven, file-based, middleware, real-time, batch).

·         Lead the development strategy for custom applications, extensions, WRICEF objects, workflows, forms, reports, and interfaces while enforcing SAP Clean Core principles.

·         Define development standards, coding guidelines, and reusable development frameworks across ABAP, BTP, Fiori, SAP Build, Integration Suite.

·         Lead technical design reviews for custom developments and integrations.

·         Oversee DevOps, transport management, source code management, CI/CD, and release management.

·         Define testing strategies for integrations and custom developments.

Required Skills:

·         S/4 certification preferred.

·         10+ years' experience in Development.

·         Knowledge in SAP Cloud ALM required.
